Becky’s Butchers

Our beef cattle are slaughtered locally at Humphreys Abattoir and are then butchered by Becky’s Butchers near Colchester - nothing leaves the county.

Becky started up about four years ago and has always been passionate about butchery growing up on her family farm. They butcher and sell their own animals from her farm shop over in Great Bromley and butcher for other local beef farmers.

We’ve known Becky since our Young Farmer days - we were in Essex Young Farmers together. It’s wonderful to see her doing so well and to be able to work together. We remember Becky butchering a whole lamb as a demonstration at a talent contest - needless to say she won, everyone was so impressed!
