A guilt-free snack for yourself, or a great gift for any foodies – our Grass-fed Aberdeen Angus Biltong is marinated in a blend of spices based on traditional South African recipes. Air-dried and thinly sliced to create a flavourful high protein snack.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, leave to air for 30 mins. Keep refrigerated, reseal and consume within three days.

This product is vac-packed and will need to breath and expand before eating.

Our beef is pasture-fed without exception and sustainably produced here on the farm in Great Waltham, Chelmsford. The cattle feed on herb rich pastures grazed in a way that benefits our soil ecosystems and feeds our local wildlife. The cattle are bred and born on the farm, raised to maturity and dry-aged for the most delicious beef. Thank you for supporting small-scale farming that’s good for the cattle, the consumer and the environment.
