From our farm

Our beef is pasture-fed without exception and sustainably produced here on the farm in Great Waltham, Chelmsford. The cattle feed on herb rich pastures grazed in a way that benefits our soil ecosystems and feeds our local wildlife. The cattle are bred and born on the farm, raised to maturity and dry-aged for the most delicious beef.

Pasture for Life

We’re proud to be Pasture for Life certified, it’s the only certification mark for 100% grass-fed/pasture-fed, grain-free ruminant meat and dairy in the UK and it represents everything we’re trying to do here on the farm. Read more about the movement here.

 
  • Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep out of direct sunlight and consume within three days.

    Do not eat oxygen absorber in bag.
